You can always control your reactions to events and people alike. Change is the only constant in life; it’s impossible to escape it. So, embrace change by taking control of your emotions and actions toward every situation that comes up; this will help you filter your problems more efficiently, making them easier to solve.
We need to understand one thing about Positive psychology that almost every other person is stressed about something in their life which affects their pattern of communication and they ultimately end up hurting you.
